Back in 2017 when I owned a cafe, Factory Espresso Comedy was launched with the help of my brother Tom Gleeson headlining our first gig to 60 people.
The concept was to bring regular comedy shows to Orange (where I live) as when I lived in Sydney I saw comedy shows on a more regular basis than what was on offer in the Central West. Over the years we did 120 shows with 90 different comedians including Australia's biggest names.
In 2024 we sold our cafe and launched 'Central West Comedy'. The idea was to continue bringing headliner comedians to other hospitality venues in the regional areas. In 2025 we are expanding due to demand to the New England region of NSW.
